See people beyond their expressions.

Photo: See people beyond their expressions. What a person expresses is not what they're all about. There is a lot of unexpressed love in each life. Just recognizing this, your heart expands; then, you’ll never be stuck with what someone says or does.

===================

Don’t look at outwardly behaviour, instead keep your attention inward and realize that you are very dear to God. You are no less than anyone else my dear. If this one thought gets solidified in your mind, then jealousy will not touch you.

Q: Guruji, while expounding the Purushottam Yoga (The Yoga of the Supreme Being), Lord Krishna speaks about three Purushas or types of beings: Kshara, Akshara and the Uttam Purusha. Please throw some light on this.

Guruji : Kshara means that which keeps on changing. The whole world and everything in it keeps on changing. So that which is constantly changing is a kind of Purusha (person or being). Just observe within yourself, so many thoughts and so many feelings arise in you. Your body, your thoughts and your feelings, they all keep on changing constantly. Now that which does not change is what is called Akshara. And the most subtle and fundamental Tattva (element) that is beyond these two modes is what we call as the Parama-purusha.

===================

Confidence in the goodness of society needs to be re-established. Unless this is done, ethics will not survive in society. No ethics can blossom in a society or survive in society when there is no trust in human values, or no trust between the people and between the communities. So trust in oneself, trust in the people around you, and trust in the unseen, unheard, and unknown hand that is helping us

===================

Q: Does God exist?

Guruji : Only God exists. But to realize that takes energy, time and commitment.
