What is it
about you
that even
a knowing of their divine origin
cannot hold all the gods from rushing and taking birth
and then playing like an eternal child upon your lap.

What is it
that you have always known
on
this play of the Being
becoming all that it wants
a freedom of the spirit
that will
snuggle cozily still in your veil ?

what is it
that makes you smile at time itself
when it takes a billion
to decorate a cake of sixty eight lights.
