Lord Shiva is a param yogi established in samadhi.

Lord Shiva is a param yogi established in samadhi. The yogi who is successful in attaining the samadhi becomes the supreme soul and there is nothing more to accomplish for such a person. Such a yogi becomes detached from all the material comforts of life and is established in eternal spiritual tranquility. Since Lord Shiva attained samadhi, he became the supreme soul and hence he lived like a total ascetic in constant meditation to avoid distractions of material life. always mediating Shiva chants Raam Naam. Shiva always meditates on Sri Vishnu. While Shiva was immersed in deep meditation, Parvati bows down to him in devotion and asks him “O Lord, I have to ask you a question. The whole world meditates upon you, everyone is praying to you, meditating upon you, contemplating you, upon whom are you meditating?” "I always meditate on Vishnu. Ram is always in my heart.” Jai Shri Ram ~ Hari Om Tat Sat Namah Shivaya!!
