"What in the world is going on in my life? Why did that happen to me? When will I finally get what I've wanted for so long? Why, God, why me?"

"What in the world is going on in my life? Why did that happen to me? When will I finally get what I've wanted for so long? Why, God, why me?" We all have an experience like this at some point. The truth is God loves us and He has good plans for our lives, but that doesn't mean life is always easy. We all go through difficult times and things happen that aren't fair. It's so important for us to understand this so we won't be confused and lose our faith in Him when life is hard. We have heard many stories where we see God delivered those who seek him with full faith. Prahlad, Meera, Draupadi, Markandeya and many more, where God didn't disappoint them, HE always stood by them through thick and thin. If they could appease HIM and win his favour, why can't we? HE wants us to come to a place in our relationship with Him where we trust that He's in charge of everything and He has our best interest at heart even when our situation doesn't seem fair. He wants us to have unwavering faith and wait in peace that surpasses our understanding in every circumstance we face. HE loves us and He makes wrong things right. But many times we have to go through painful circumstances we don't understand while He's working on our behalf to bring grace in our lives. Faith in God is the key to trusting Him in every circumstance. Walking by faith means when there are unanswered questions, we're determined to trust Him no matter what. He can take everything in control that's harmful or painful and turn it around for our good. So whatever you're going through today, take a step of faith and pray, "God, I know You love me. I trust You!" It would be good that you identify yourself with your Ishta Devta. Shiva or Vishnu, Your love for one form makes focus really easy. Then worship HIM with pooja and japa. cultivate a routine to read or recite Shiva Panchakshari stotram, Rudrashtakam, Shiva Tandava Stotram or Vishnu Sahastranama for other form and there are many more you can start with. Chant Om Namah Shivaya or Om Namo Vishnave Prabhavishnave! Many paths to the same goal ~ Hari Om Tat Sat Namah Shivaya!!
Love, Light & Peace ~ Shubh Ratri!!
