ask for His ANUGRAHA!!!
Happy Shivratri! May Lord Shiva grace us all. The great Kashmiri Shaivite saint Abhinavagupta, when He was questioned about the fact if it is the Bhakta's effort; or Shivji's Grace that matters, said, that it is Anugraha(grace) that first happens. After that the bhakt , if he is loving and longing, makes Shivji come closer..and so on... it is like the dance of Natraja, where each player makes a step..
The greatest thing that Shivji can give you...is His own presence!!!!
This Shivratri we wish you that Shivji makes the first move for you to come closer to Him. Aum Namah Shivaya!!
