!!!!!!!!!...........The Origin Of Shiva Concept...................!!!!!!!!!!!

The real evolution of the idea came about in the era,when Aryan and Dravidian culture interacted to create modern Hinduism.Assosciation of Kailash and Kashi with Lord Shiv is however much older. Adi-Shankaracharya is credited for identifying 12 'tirthas' in Indian sub-continent that have had primitive connections with Lord Shiv. However it is to be noted that worship of "father god" very similar to our Lord Shiv, is found in almostall ancient religions and pagan cultures across the world ( Mittani inscriptions in Europe Petra in Middle-East , Russia,North Korea, Cambodia etc)..
