Self-Progress
The one who is committed towards his own self-progress, is free from criticizing others even when he sees them make mistakes. There are no negative words used, but words are filled with good wishes and actions become inspirational too. So such a person helps the other person to move forward.
I enjoy the process of my inner growth, because I am committed to learning from every situation. My own growth provides a space for the growth of others too. I am free from negative feelings because I am able to give without expecting. I find others are able to bring out their best too.

Instead of bringing flowers for me, you blossom as a flower. There should always be a smile on your face that nobody can take away.

Q: How to overcome self pity?
Guruji: The moment you recognize, you stop it. That is it. Only meditation can help.

Contentment
Contentment is a great virtue, though it may not attract one's attention at first. Those who are truly content are usually quiet about it. It is a pleasure to be in their company, because they are full, peaceful, and generous.
Respect is to recognize and appreciate the unique role of each and everyone.
Each one is unique with his own specialities. When you recognize the role of each one, you can understand that he is playing his part accurately. Then you can acknowledge even the smallest contribution and you'll be free from expectations. When you find yourself having negative thoughts towards any one, make the practice of looking at one speciality in that person and relate to it. Also tell yourself that without the role of this particular person the drama would not be complete.

Have you Been Complaining Lately?
It is okay for you to show your upset mood or tendency once in a while, but doing it over and over again is taxing for you and people you love.
Lovers often do this. They expend a lot of energy in cajoling and this brings down the joy and celebration of the moment.
If you feel down, appease and please yourself. Your need to be appeased by someone else is the sign of grossness. This is the root of ignorance. If you want attention, all you get is tension.
Become one whose enthusiasm never dies, come what may.

Truth is contradictory, multi-dimensional. You plan for the future, but live in the present moment. -
