Lord Hanuman is one of the most popular gods in Hinduism and he is worshiped by millions all over the world. His stories of selflessness and courage have been passed down from generations. It is a known fact that Lord Hanuman is immortal. And it is believed that Lord Hanuman is still alive and is living in the Himalayas. We have all heard numerous stories which have described the situation at length. In fact, even in our scriptures the departure of Lord Rama and Lord Krishna from this Earth have been documented and mentioned. However, there is no mention of Hanuman’s journey to the heavenly abode. None of the Hindu scriptures have details about Lord Hanuman’s departure from Earth.
Lord Hanuman is Chiranjeevi. It is to be believed that Lord Hanuman is very much around us. We have all known about his existence since Treta Yuga that saw the emergence of Lord Rama. And even in the Dwapar Yuga, the era of Krishna, Lord Hanuman was present as per the scriptures. That’s not all even though we are now living in Kaliyuga, he is believed to be still alive. If you happen to visit any Hanuman Temple, especially the ancient ones, haven’t you noticed monkeys around it? Is that a coincidence or something else? Lord Hanuman is believed to be the Ansh avatar of Lord Shiva. In fact, it is believed that Lord Shiva took the form of Hanuman in his Rudra Avatar for the welfare of humanity in satyuga.! πŸ’πŸ•‰πŸ”πŸ“ΏπŸŒŠπŸŽ¨
