Lord Shiva - the very core concept of transcending

Lord Shiva is the very core of the concept of transcending. One who expands their mind to the vastness of the universe and sees beyond the physical, sees beyond the illusion, is suddenly detached by the emotions brought forth by the uncertainties of these material concepts.

One who understands that material items are merely subjectively priced, and that what luxurious items we use merely satisfy the physical senses, will see no dependence on them. Thus, one can find happiness without the need of such material luxuries.

While one is not dependent on material luxuries. One many choose to enjoy them while being detached. There is no sin to ownership of such, provided one has attained it through proper channels, without causing harm to others.
