LATEST PROGRESS REPORT ON OUR TEMPLE RESTORATION WORKS AT AROLI, KANNUR.



The masonry works are on progress now. Now, there are  7-8 masonry workers doing the work. From April onwards, there were only 2 workers who used to size the stones. Remaining 5 were at Kanjangad for the works of a Vishnu temple from April onwards. It was finished by June 27th and they are back with us now. The sizing of stones for 16 pillars is still remaining. The laying of stones on the wall was started 3 days ago. Its expected to complete the masonry works in 3 weeks time.

It is decided to lay the utharam on July 9th between the hours 8am and 10am. The carpenter will start fixing the remaining wood on that. The carpentary works will take about 15 days. The pillars for namaskara mandapam was ordered at Palakkad. It will reach here in two weeks. It is expected to begin the masonry works by mid of July.
