PAYYAN FAMILY MEMBERS VISITED AND PERFORM THEIR PRAYERS AT THE ARULMIGU SRI AYYAPPASWAMY TEMPLE, BATU CAVES, MALAYSIA TODAY.

Two Payyan family members (Subhas Kannan and Chandra Kanth Kannan {brothers}) visited and perform their prayers at the Arulmigu Sri Ayyappaswamy Devasthanam at Batu Caves in Malaysia this afternoon. This Ayyappaswamy Temple is the most popular Temple for Ayyappan devotees in Malaysia.

This temple was established about 50 years ago and it is known for being the only ‘Ayyappaswamy Temple with complete 18 Holy steps inside the cave. It is an important destination for over 2000 devotees who take part in this temple’s Irumudi Yatra annually.It is also the centre for devotees who are unable to perform their ‘Sabari Malai Irumudi Yatra’ at Kerala, India.
