If you truly want to change your life, you must first be willing to change your mind. The cells of your body are merely following instructions given by the brain. The brain does the interpretation. As your perception changes, you change the message that your nervous system communicates to the cells of your body. ๐ŸŒ€๐ŸŒ€ Namaste Lovely Souls. It's Transformation Tuesday. ๐Ÿ“ฟ๐Ÿ•‰๐Ÿ“ฟ Yes, The function of the mind is to manifest the belief so it becomes reality. If you have a strong emotion, positive or negative, it pretty much ensures that the particular belief will become your physical reality. The interpretation of your life affects the cells of your body. It's important to be present, to be mindful. Have your focus on the conscious mind, which breaks the cycle of what’s being run by the subconscious mind. Interrupt the old tape of negative beliefs and become intensely present. Being fully present means not having a negative interpretation of what is happening in the moment; it’s being an unbiased observer of it. You’re free of your subconscious tapes in moments where you might have normally reacted differently, but your interpretation and response has started to change. The starting place of all growing is the trust and commitment to follow your inner guidance and maintain an open mind to think very differently. When we suffer we want God to take away all our problems, pain and suffering. But it would be nice if we change our mind about our circumstances. So create positive affirmations. Affirmations both negative and positive impact your life. They are like mantras. They have sacred and spiritual force about them. Stop mulling over your misfortunes. Stop cursing yourself for the mistakes. Your body is a temple, honour it. Don't dump garbage of negative thoughts and toxic junk into it. Wake up each day with a resolve to stay happy. You owe yourself an ethical duty to remain happy. Stand tall and hold your head high. You will surely feel better if you lift your spirits and also your head like a person determined to take up the challenge.!
