SALOKA

The word 'Saloka' means to inhabit the same planet as God.

Of all the beautiful Gods we have, Hinduism says that Lord Shiva is earth bound, having His abode in Kailash. So we are fortunate, just to even be on the same planet, Prithviloka; For Shiva may be earth bound in abode, but He is not bound by anything when it comes to spiritual flight, and He is the one, who seated quietly on some simple rock , can access a multitude of galaxies through His fabulous Dhyana.
