Lord Shiva seems as if he is bound. Aum Namah Shivaya.

And yet something deep in the heart tells us this cannot be, for He is truly the boundless,infinite! actually the pic seems to show that he is the Atomic centre of all things, creating and emanating wave forms and whole Universes from His person.Aum Namah Shivaya.We may only bind Shivji in pure love and devotion.
