How to balance between the gross and the subtle?

Q: How to balance between the gross and the subtle?
Guruji : Both have their own place. There is no need to balance. They are both on two different dimensions.

Q: I am a cancer patient and I want to come out of it. What do I do?
Guruji : Just keep up that strong will to come out of it, and you will surely come out of it. Meditate and do pranayama regularly.
Don’t just keep your faith in a pill. Have faith in yourself, and know that there is an eternal consciousness within you. It is so powerful that it alone makes a single cell grow into a full infant in the mother’s womb. It is what is responsible for all the growth, so it definitely knows how to repair and heal the body also.

Sign of Wisdom and Intelligence
If somebody says something bad, you keep thinking about it over and over again in your mind, and become restless – He did this, and that person betrayed me. But see, they only acted in accordance with their nature! One whose nature is to betray, will betray. What else will they do?
Now by thinking about, why he did this, and why he did that to you, will only spoil your own mind. This is not a sign of intelligence.
Do you know what a sign of wisdom and intelligence is? A true sign of wisdom is realizing that good events come and go, bad events come and go, and as we move on, we come out even more beautiful from these happenings. We blossom even more.
We need to stay in touch with this consciousness and keep it alive within us. Never lose your smile for anything, never let your enthusiasm come down, just keep moving ahead.
=======================
As you pass through events one after the other, become aware that life is like a river. There may be stones on the path, but the river flows above or around them. No year passes by without a touch of joy or without posing challenges. You should plan to utilise every moment of joy to serve and see every challenge as opportunity for growth.
