"All power is within, we just fail to realise it". Yes, Every experience, positive and negative, adds to your personal growth. God never puts you in any situation for which you do not possess the strength to overcome. But anxiety, fear, worry are great enemies. And these are inner demons that set up conditions which disturb and prevent the mind from getting peace. With Calmness and confidence you can find many answers. So when stress and unhappiness begins weighing down on you, take a deep breath, clear your mind and ask yourself ~ "What can I do now to change my situation?”. Don't get too upset with people and situations. They are powerless without your reaction. External forces may be able to knock you down, but keeping you there is a choice only you can make. The entire body of water the size of the pacific ocean can't sink a ship unless it gets inside the ship. Similarly, all the negativity in the world can't bring you down unless you allow it to get into your head". Yes, remember that you have full control over what you choose to believe. "Man hi karta, Man hi bhogta", your mind is your worst enemy, your mind is your greatest friend. With the help of Sadhana and contemplation, you need to start erasing or letting go of the negative belief systems. You need to change your perspective about things around you. Change your attitude about situations that bring you down. Remember Life isn’t perfect, but it sure is great. Our goal shouldn’t be to create a perfect life, but to live an imperfect life in amazing way. To get up every morning and take good look around in a way that takes nothing for granted. Don't forget that It’s okay to have down days. Expecting life to be wonderful all the time is wanting to swim in an ocean in which waves only rise up and never come crashing down. Even while you're struggling, You have so much to be grateful for. Every experience is just another important lesson. Disappointments and failure are two of the surest stepping-stones to success
