Hanuman Ji is worshipped throughout the world. In some temples his image is set up as standing alone with a mace in his right hand whereas as in some others sitting in a devotional posture before the images of Shri Rama and Maa Sita. He is the God of power and strength and His deeds of bravery and feats of valour are mentioned in great detail in Ramayana and also in Mahabharata and Agni Purana. The scriptures state that 'his form is as vast as a mountain' and as tall as a gigantic tower. His complexion is yellow and glowing like molten gold. His face is as red as the brightest ruby while his enormous tail spreads out to an interminable length. He stands on a lofty rock and roars like thunder. He leaps into the air and flies among the clouds with a rushing noise, while the ocean waves are roaring and splashing below. Holy Ramayana says, The chief of monkeys is a perfect being. No one can equal him in learning of Shashtras and in comprehending the meaning and sense of scriptures. In all sciences and in the rules of austerity, he rivals the preceptor of the gods. Hanuman is the ninth author of grammar.
Hanuman Ji helped Lord Rama very loyally in the war against Ravana. He accompanied Rama on his return to Ayodhaya and there Rama blessed him with perpetual youth and deathless existence. He was so much devoted to Rama and Maa Sita that once he even tore up his chest with his claws to show that the images of Rama and Maa Sita were always in his heart. 🐒💪🐵
Hari Om Tat Sat Namah Shivaya ~ Jai Shri Ram ~ Jai Mahavir Hanuman! 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻
