DO NOT ENGAGE IN BEHAVIOUR YOU WILL LATER REGRET

DO NOT ENGAGE IN BEHAVIOUR YOU WILL LATER REGRET :

In his book, Born to Believe, Dr. Andrew Newberg, states that, “stress can undermine every aspect of our cognitive and emotional stability and the longer we remain stressed the more it alters our perception of reality.” Those with a distorted view of reality are a danger to both themselves and others. Ethics related stress has a widespread ripple effect. Consider all the inequitable, unsustainable and dishonest decisions made every day; disreputable choices sow the seeds for much of the world’s poverty, pollution and conflict.
In an interconnected world people must trust one another and take responsibility for their actions. Ethical behavior is essential. Given the universal desire for good health, we must understand the ethics-health connection and think twice before engaging in behavior we will later regret.

“Every state of hostility is a result of error and creates other negative feelings, thus again tension. When you are tense, for whatever reason, you must be in error because you must be in fear. And every slightest tension closes the energy centers.” Distress and disease is sure to follow.
