KUNDALINI SHAKTI : 

“Raising your kundalini is not spirituality; spirituality is when a homemaker, with a fixed budget, is able to teach her children to walk the right path with good values,” 

So, is there such a thing as kundalini awakening?

“If you don’t have the right person helping you to raise your kundalini, then it can be dangerous. It’s very powerful; it’s the source of all creation, which is why, we call it shakti. A person is awake and when he dies, the kundalini shakti leaves the body. When your kundalini awakens, you become one with the cosmos. The whole concept of Om Tat Sat is the first step to awaken your kundalini. It brings you to a state of enlightenment, but not to a state of self-realisation."

“Today, sages have siddhis or powers and they are enlightened, but sometimes, at the drop of a hat, they lose their cool. Realised people are always firmly in control of their emotions. Enlightenment means having all the information, for instance, about swimming, but realisation is actually swimming in the water,".
