THE CROWN KING OF NIRAKAR!!
We have seldom seen Shiva wearing a crown, Humility is the hallmark of this King of Kings, the mountain chieftain. But then, Bhakts can shower any kind of affection, and this pic from the net of some temple murti of Shiv Parivar shows him seated on a throne with a huge crown!!
What really caught my attention, though, was the word ॐ embedded on the crown . And that is what Shiva is exactly: The crown King of Nirakar.
The Golden embodiment of formlessness, with the supreme consciousness etched in his very SELF.
The para pramatr, the highest experient of manifestation.
Shiva Himself regales in humility, often to the point when you cannot recognise Him even if he is standing right in front of you!! ( as in the case of his own mother in law- Mena Rani)
But bhaktas are free to picturise Him in the best of their own knowing of Him,
He will remain for them the King of their hearts, always. Aum Namah Shivaye!
