SINGAPORE: Thaipusam 2015

This video is dedicated to the devotees who walked barefooted from Sri Srinivasa Perumal Temple to Sri Thendayuthapani Temple. Along the route of over 3 km, some even danced, carrying kadavis weighing up to 80 kg. Thaipusam, a festival to honor Lord Murugan, is celebrated by the Tamils on the full moon of the Thai month (around mid Jan to early Feb). Video courtesy of apgclh.
