Spirituality is not about wearing certain colours or performing rituals. It’s not about dealing with the body; it’s also not about physicality. It’s Om Tat Sat — I am that, I come from that spirit, so I’m the spirit too. The waves in the ocean are the ocean; they are not part of the ocean. There is no one path; Buddha said that there are 80,000 ways of meditating. It means that there are 80,000 ways of reaching God.
