Be Creative :
Most creative organizations are fun places for people to work in. There are no rigid rules and policies Such organizations give ample space to staff to work as they wish. They have flexi timings, are flat in structure, have no red tapeism and most importantly, they let employees be themselves. In such organizations one does not need permission to be creative. None fears to make genuine mistakes on job and people have no inhibitions in suggesting stupid ideas. In fact some of the most popular jingles and punch lines we hear in advertisements these days would have seemed stupid to many in the beginning, yet they rocked. Idea's caller tune, " you are my pumpkin pumpkin ....." has become a favorite jingle on many lips.
For those who believe that the universe is God's creation, it is amazing to note that no two leaves of the same tree are the same. Human body in itself is a wonder. There is creativity in every event in nature. Machines are not creative, and there is great endeavor in the present world to turn men into machines. We are becoming mechanical in our schedules and responses. Be that so, creativity would tumble.
