Just as an astronaut, is able to break out of the earth's magnetic field, with his powerful rocket and enter the moons magnetic field, i.e. the rocket gravitates towards the moon. In the same way when the worldly relish subsides, then the "sadhak" gets out of the world's magnetic field, and then he automatically gravitates towards God. Liberation (mukti) is being free from the worldly attractions, and attraction for God is "bhakti" (love and devotion of God). In liberation there is constant bliss and in "Bhakti", there is ever increasing and infinite bliss.
जैसे, कोई मनुष्य राकेटमें बैठकर पृथ्वीकी गुरुत्वाकर्षण-शक्तिसे बाहर निकल जाता है, तो वह चन्द्रमाकी गुरुत्वाकर्षण-शक्तिमें प्रवेश कर जाता है अर्थात् उसका आकर्षण चन्द्रमाकी तरफ हो जाता है । ऐसे ही सांसारिक रसबुद्धिकी निवृत्ति होनेपर जब साधक संसारके आकर्षणसे बाहर निकल जाता है, तब उसका आकर्षण स्वतः भगवान्की तरफ हो जाता है । संसारके आकर्षणसे बाहर निकलना मुक्ति है
और भगवान्की तरफ आकर्षण होना ही भक्ति (प्रेम) है । मुक्तिमें एकरस तथा अखण्ड आनन्द है और भक्तिमें प्रतिक्षण वर्धमान तथा अनन्त आनन्द है ।
