My life, your life and all of our lives is filled with challenges that make it very difficult to be positive sometimes. However staying positive has helped me the most in terms of becoming the person I want to be. Even when things are difficult, know that being positive and striving to make the best of whatever situation You Are in really does make even the most challenging situations easier to bear

"A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity, an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty.” My life, your life and all of our lives is filled with challenges that make it very difficult to be positive sometimes. However staying positive has helped me the most in terms of becoming the person I want to be. Even when things are difficult, know that being positive and striving to make the best of whatever situation You Are in really does make even the most challenging situations easier to bear. Every suffering, every difficult situation teaches us something, only if we are willing to learn. Everything day, every moment is a learning experience, so try to learn from everything. You will usually find something genuinely positive, about every person or situation. Keep your karma positive. Be honest with yourself and look for the good in every situation. And, whatever you do, focus more on learning from it, be it a mistake or regrets. However sad and disappointing the situation may seem to be, Find the lesson to be learnt from it. This is what I do. No matter how unfortunate the situation may appear, recognise the beautiful lessons waiting to be discovered. Every problem is a learning opportunity in disguise. You may have made a mistake, but now you can accept it and continue, knowing that you will make a different decision in the future. Understand this and be appreciative for the experience. If I can do it, you can do it too. Believe in yourself, a positive outlook is a choice. Choose to be positive. Choose to be happy. Life is short.!! Peace ~ Jai Shiva Shankar ~ Om Namah Shivaya !!
