Who took birth at his own will in order to establish righteousness, to destroy the wicked and to protect his devotees. Rama is Lord Vishnu himself, whose glory and prowess is unlimited. Free from malice he always protected people. Let Rama be your ideal. One one approaches Rama with love and worshipful ness, he becomes wide in heart, pure in spirit, good in nature, dispassionate in words, thoughts and deeds. Lord Rama was virtuous and of manly strength. He was the lord of the mind and the senses, brave and valiant, yet gentle and modest. He was Prem Murti, image of love. He led an ideal life of householder to teach the tenets of righteousness to humanity. Lord Rama's life and journey is one of adherence to dharma, despite harsh tests and obstacles and pains of time in his life. For the sake of his fathers honour he abandoned his claim to Ayodhayas throne to serve an exile of fourteen years in the forest. Recite his name, sing his glories and serve his lotus feet. Enthrone in your heart Lord Rama, whose image is reflected in the heart of Lord Shiva. ‪Blessed is the pious soul who drinks uninterruptedly the nector of Shri Rama's name, which has been churned out of the ocean of Vedas, which removes the impurities of Kaliyuga, which lives constantly on the lips of Lord Shiva. His name is sovereign remedy to cure the desease of worldly existence. Rama naam burns ignorance, passion and sins. With knowledge or without knowledge, correctly or incorrectly, when Rama naam is uttered it showers a rain of good on the devotee.
