Lord Shiva is the master of ALL creation.

Shiv ki siddhi saari sristi!

An ancient call of the Shaivites shows their understanding of Shivji's Lordship: 
Sristi means to create, and siddhi means to master. 
Lord Shiva is the master of ALL creation.
