Trinetra dhari!(The three Eyed) Lord Shiva,one who's Third eye is awake. Also called the Gyan chakshu (eye of wisdom) is the sixth vortice in yogic language, the Ajna Chakra. It means that Shivji is always intuitive. His thought process always has an element of Mysticism in it. Jai Shiv shanker!!
