Why Krishna is considered as Supreme God?

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT BAKTHI TIPS:

Krishna is the ORIGIN OF ALL, The Supreme Personality of Godhead. We commonly hear people saying the word “GOD”. Yet firstly many dont know what is the meaning of GOD. The definition of GOD is given by Parasara Muni as follows:

aisvarasya samagrasya
viryasya yasasah sriyah
jnana-vairagyayos caiva
sannam bhaga itingana

(Visnu Purana 6.5.47)

Bhagavan, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, is defined as one who is full of six opulences---who has full strength, fame, wisdom, wealth, beauty and renunciation.

When Krishna was personally present on this planet 5000 years ago, He demonstrated personally that HE is full of the six opulences - strenghth, fame, wisdom, wealth, beauty and renounciation.

SRILA PRABHUPADA explains in many lectures that when Krishna was only 3 months old He killed the demon Putana by sucking life out of her breasts. Further on when Krishna was 7 years old, He lifted the GOVARDHAN HILL with one finger. Srila Prabhupada says that many people exercise for wanting to be strong and claim to be strong, but this is Krishna, that at the age of 7 He lifted the GOVARDHAN HILL.

As far as wisdom is concerned, Krishna has given us the Bhagavad-gita. Who else has ever given such wise instructions throughout the whole world—throughout the whole universe? Nobody. Srila Prabhupada says that the BHAGAVAD GITA was spoken 5000 years ago to Arjuna (as many millions of years ago to the SUN GOD) and is still being widely read in the world even today.

Concerning beauty, Krishna is so beautiful that 16,108 very, very beautiful women were attracted to marry Him. And many millions of gopis [cowherd girls] were also attracted by Krsna, the most beautiful male. One of Krsna's names is Syamasundara. He is syama, "blackish," yet He is still sundara, "very beautiful." He's so beautiful that His beauty surpasses that of millions and millions of Cupids (kandarpa-koti-kamaniya-visesa-sobham).

Another name of Krsna is Madana-mohana. Madana means "Cupid," and mohana means "enchanter." Cupid enchants everyone in this world, but even he is enchanted by Krsna. It is even stated in the scriptures that when the wives of he DemiGods saw Krishna from the heavenly planes, there were almost falling down of the plane seeing Krishna’s beauty.

Regarding fame, Srila Prabhupada says that Krishna appeared 5000 years ago and yet He is so famous. He is worshipped throughout the world. Srila Prabhupada says, is there anyone so popular and famous as KRISHNA?

Srila Prabhupada explains regarding wealth that Krishna was married to 16,108 princesses and HE expanded 16,108 times and was present with each and every princess. He lived with the princess in a palace. There were 16108 palaces which were all lit by jewels and not by light or electricity. Srila Prabhupada further mentions that today to have one palace is a big thing, but when Krishna was present here He had 16,108 palaces. Srila Prabhupada also explains that today one man cannot maintain and satisy one wife even peoperly. But Krishna married 16108 wives and all were satisfied as Krishna expanded 16,108 times and was present individually with each wife. Krishna had 10 children with each of the princess. This is Krishna.

Regarding renounciation, Srila Prabhupada explains that although Krishna is full of all the opulences, yet at the same time He is fully renounced. Srila Prabhupada explains that in this world if someone has a little opulence, he is so attached to it, but Krishna is full in all the opulences and yet He is full in renounciation also.

The form of Krishna is eternal, all blissful, and all knowing. Lord Brahma confirms in the Brahma Samhita(5.1)

isvarah paramah krsnah
sac-cid-ananda-vigrahah
anadir adir govindah
sarva-karana-karanam

“Krsna who is known as Govinda is the Supreme Godhead. He has an eternal blissful spiritual body. He is the origin of all. He has no other origin and He is the prime cause of all causes.”

The Vedas describe God as the supreme conscious creature among all conscious creatures. He is limitless, while others are limited. Krishna maintains others. This is confirmed as follows:

Katha 2.2.13:

nityo nityanam cetanas cetananam
eko bahunam yo vidadhati kaman
tam pitha-gam ye ’nupasyanti dhiras
tesam santih sasvati netaresam

“Amongst all the living entities, both conditioned and liberated, there is one supreme living personality, the supreme Personality of Godhead, who maintains them and gives them all facility of enjoyment according to different work. That Supreme Personality of Godhead is situated in everyone’s heart as Paramatma. A wise man can understand Him is eligible to attain the perfect peace, not others.”

Srila Prabhupada explains this by saying that We are all eternal and amongs all eternals there is one Chief Eternal, &, we are all conscious beings and amongst amongst all conscious beings there is one Supreme consciousness. That Supreme Eternal Consciousness is GOD, Krishna. Srila Prabhupada further explains that the difference between the Supreme and others is that the Supreme maintains the all others, just as a father maintains all the children.

Krishna has three main energies: internal, external, and marginal. Internal means the spiritual energy of Krishna, and the external means His material energy. Marginal energy refers to us, the living entities. Even though the living beings are spiritual in reality, the word marginal highlights their special nature. From their free will they can choose whether they are in contact with their internal or external energy. Srila Prabhupada gives the example of the seahore. The land on the seashore is sometimes land and is sometimes covered with water. Similalry as Spirit souls, we are the marginal energy of Krishna and we have the free will of remaining within the internal energy in the Spiritual world or being covered by the material energy here in the material world.

Srimati Radharani, the eternal spouse of Krishna, is the sum of His energies. Together they are known as the Divine couple, which forms the complete appearance of God.

Are you clear why Krishna is the absolute God?
