Even if the whole sky were used as a paper and all the waters of the Universe were used as ink, it would just not suffice to pen down the glories of Rama Nama!'

Even if the whole sky were used as a paper and all the waters of the Universe were used as ink, it would just not suffice to pen down the glories of Rama Nama!' In Ram Charitra Manas, Goswami Tulsidas says that Shri Rām is the saguna form of the Absolute Nirguna Divine! Further he writes that the Name of Shri Rām is actually greater that the person of Shri Ram; greater too than the Absolute Nirguna Divine! Sri Ram had to take a human form and himself suffer miseries in his life to destroy evil and alleviate the sufferings of his devotees. But by simply chanting His Name, the suffering of countless of his devotees is destroyed, leaving them in bliss. Shiva chants Rama Nama and considers Ram his deity. Once Sri Rama was wandering in search of Sita, who had been abducted by Ravana. After walking for some time Shiva saw Sri Ram and made salutations to Him. Sati was surprised at Shiva's behaviour. She asked Shiva why he bowed to Rama. Shiva told Sati that he is his deity and an incarnation of lord Vishnu. But Sati was not satisfied by this reply. She wanted to test, whether Sri Rama was really an incarnation of lord Vishnu. She disguised herself as Sita and went to Sri Rama. But Sri Rama recognised her real identity and addressed her as Mother. In Vishnu Sahasranamam, Lord Shiva asks Parvati to chant the Rama Nama all the time. A good teacher is the one who practices what he preaches. It is obvious that Shiva, being the Supreme Guru Himself chants the Rama Nama. When parents do something noble, would not the son follow the same? Muruga and Ganesha also chant Rama Nama always.!
Om Ram Ramaya Namah ~ Hari Om Tat Sat Namah Shivaya !!!!
