FEAR OF HAPPINESS
Someone is afraid of being happy? Not! At first glance not.
When it directs us to the pursuit of happiness, it seems ridiculous to say that people are afraid of happiness. And then, why this strange feeling that we feel when things are going too well in our lives? Why the fear of speaking or talking too loudly, as if that happiness was something so fragile that it could escape us anytime?
That's why when people receive good news, avoid sharing. Or believe. As if happiness were something undeserved. We say: "I'm so glad I got to fear," "I will not speak, but spoils," "do not tell anyone it's bad luck ..." and things like that.
Thus we end up spoiling our moments of happiness with our fears. One thing that could be lived one hundred percent, it becomes eighty, because the remainder is transformed into the anguish of losing both if desired. But to be afraid?
Let us seize our happiness, our good news with tooth and nail! The envious may look in the side, but then look to the other side, where there are certainly others who can share our joy. People who win in life are those that target the positive things and not waste time with negativity.
I read that "while happiness is in your living room, unhappiness sleep in your bed." If this is really true, then I have only one suggestion: change room, bed, sleep in the room ... but save the precious happiness! What is our take anyone unless we allow it.
Never be afraid to be happy! Similarly, never be afraid to suffer. Build your world with what he offers you, putting yourself what colors you want. Do not depend on others to be happy or unhappy, but live your life as her rightful owner. The power of being happy or unhappy is in your own hands. It's up to you to know how strongly it goes live!
