Sarvatra Bhairav! according to Kashmir Shaiv Darsana : Kashmir Shaivism, the spiritual journey of the Bhakta begins with anugraha (grace) of paramshiva called Udhyamo Bhairava( the inward rising of shiva within) but a great destination is reached when the Bhakta sees Shiva everywhere"sarvatra Bhairava" that is outwards also. this is the lila of Lord Shiva
