THAT THEY ARE INSEPARABLE!!

THAT THEY ARE INSEPARABLE!!
In the simplest of terms, Shiva and Parvati's mythology symbolises one thing:
That they are inseparable!
In this beautiful picture, lord Shiva meditates, as Devi parvati happily arranges flowers for worship! This has a very deep symbolism: The spiritual life and the life in the world , can, and must actually go together. The Grihasta ashram is as important as the bhakti bhava or dhyan bhav. To exclude spirituality from the normal ife is an error, but it is also an error to disregard life on this planet in this body that Nature has granted you. In reality, neither world of existence is exclusive of the other! Transcendence and manifestation are inseparable, the Creator and creation are inseparable!
Such is the wisdom declared by the ancient Indian seers called Rishis, whose learnings have been recorded in the most important part of the Vedas called the Upanishads. And are part of the timeless heritage that India shares with the rest of the world!
Aum Namah shivaya! Jai parvati Ma!
