JAMMU, MAY 26: Despite the sweltering heat, thousands of pilgrims drawn from different parts of Jammu paid obeisance to Mata Ragyna during Kheer Bhawani Mela at Bhawani Nagar temple here on the occasion of Jesht Ashtami today.
