Inhale Love Exhale Hate , forgive the person you hate most! As we hear this our ego dose not feel comfortable with this at first. Hate seemed like such a powerful and intense word. "How can i forgive them, they put me in so much suffering and pain? I want them to suffer as much as I did!" But do We need to hold onto anger and hatred?
Inhale Love Exhale Hate , forgive the person you hate most! As we hear this our ego dose not feel comfortable with this at first. Hate seemed like such a powerful and intense word. "How can i forgive them, they put me in so much suffering and pain? I want them to suffer as much as I did!" But do We need to hold onto anger and hatred? I focused within. my mind was a projection screen of unpleasant memories, emotions and feelings. As I sat there I again concentrated much. Holding onto anger is hurting us most, than it hurts the other person, why do we suffer, when the other person is happy? Exhale ! Let it go! we will never experience a happy ending at the end of an unhappy journey. By holding onto anger and resentment our life will be filled with anger and resentment. Transform this poison into honey. Peace isn't possible without forgiveness. Resentment is a habit , exercise and change your habit! They will no longer have the power to hurt you. Close your eyes, think of them who hurt you. breathe! Bring into your mind someone you love very much, GOD? Shiva! Vishnu! Yes, Chant his name, Jai HariHara, Namo Rudraya Namah Shivaya, Jai Shri Vishnu! Allow yourself to be flooded with the positive feelings. Allow the good feelings to penetrate your heart and soothe you! Let go of anger. You are not doing THEM a favor by letting go of the resentments, by forgiving, What really matters is that you need to allow yourself to receive peace and happiness. Allow yourself to receive this gift, because forgiveness is a gift you give to yourself, not to others! Love, Light & Peace ! Jai Shiva Shankar ~ Om Namah Shivaya!
