Hanuman, RudraAvatar of Shiva, holds a mace, ghada in his hand as sign of bravery. As a sign of his devotion he holds picture of Rama in his chest as the Pinnacle of devotion. His names includes Maha-veera, Maruthi, Hanumantha, Anjaneya, Vayu-putra, Pavana Sutha,Pavana kumar, Bhagaranga Bali, Kesari Nandana, Anajna Putra, Sankata-Mochana (destroyer of hurdles and sorrows). In Ramayana it is said that wherever Rama's name is chanted there will be Hanuman Ji crying with tears of joy to remove all the sorrows & your worries.
Ram Ram Ram ~ if you chant this, not only will you will please Lord Ram and His Bhakt Hanuman. But also Shiva and Vishnu. When Parvati asked Shiva whose name does he chant in mediation, he replied~ Sri Rama Rama Rameti, Rame Rame Manorame, Sahasrenama tattulyam, Rama Nama Varanane! ( O Varanana I chant the holy name of Rama, Rama, Rama and thus constantly enjoy this beautiful sound. This holy name of Ramachandra is equal to one thousand holy names of Lord Vishnu (Vishnu-sahasra-nama-stotram)." One utterance of Rama is equivalent to the entire Vishnu sahasranama, ONLY WHEN chanted with complete devotion.!! So chant Ram Ram Ram and please all the deities!
