Where is Shiva not present?? Shivas presence is continuous throughout all of the creation, in every atom, every particle, he is present in every situation, at any given time. He is JagatPita, father of the Universe, staying in a state blissful, enjoying in its own self eternally. Without any flaws, the perfection is the completeness, there is nothing external that is required to make the self blissful. He created this universe and it's his universe, No molecule or atomic particle is so small that Shiva is not fully present in it, and no galaxy so vast that He does not circumscribe it. For Shiva is naturally present in every aspect of the natural order of things, in every manner, time and place, he is present in every action, every event. !!! All glories to Shiva ~ Jai Jagdishwar!
