"You grieve for those whom you should not grieve for. You grieve in vain. While speaking learned words, you are mourning for what is not worthy of grief. Those who are wise lament neither for the living nor the dead."

"You grieve for those whom you should not grieve for. You grieve in vain. While speaking learned words, you are mourning for what is not worthy of grief. Those who are wise lament neither for the living nor the dead." Reflect on these words and These will keep worry, fear, and anxiety away from you. The world is somebody's creation. We are all somebody's creation. He who created us knows how to protect us. The wheat of which was prepared the bread you ate this morning, grew some time ago, at His bidding. He knows our needs long before they arise. We need not be anxious at all, knowing that God is omnipresent - is everywhere, omniscient - knows everything, and omnipotent - can do anything. We need not be anxious, therefore, that He is not here to protect us, that He does not know our problems, or that He may not be able to help us. "Never was there a time when I did not exist, nor you, nor all these kings; nor in the future shall any of us cease to be."  He is the maintainer of innumerable living beings, in terms of their different situations according to individual work. He is alive in the heart of every living being. One who can see, within and without, the same Supreme Lord, can actually attain to perfect and eternal peace.! Don't cloud your mind with fear and worries, give them to him, offer your sufferings to him, he will take care for he cares for you! He is forever protecting you, you may not realise!
